She is the author of Being Agile in Business (Pearson), a creatives guide to agile thinking, published internationally, featured in The Times, and shortlisted as Management Book of the Year by the Chartered Management Institute.
Belinda enjoys sharing practical tools and strategies through workshops, courses, coaching, and speaking engagements. Her work combines real-world experience, creativity, and a human-centred approach, making agile concepts accessible and actionable for teams and individuals.
When she’s not helping organisations thrive, Belinda enjoys exploring the countryside with her pony, Murphy, and Jack Russell, Jed.
