  • We’ll introduce the values, key principles, and a selection of simple tools you can start using straight away to be more adaptable.

  • You’ll also get a chance to reflect on your own mindset and begin exploring what being agile looks like for you with an Agile Mindset Quiz.

  • This is all about raising your awareness — your first step into a more adaptable, reflective and confident way of working and living.

Part 2 - The Method Applied

  • You’ll learn how to pause, look back, and gather insights to help you move forward with more clarity and confidence. We’ll introduce different ways to run retrospectives, including the popular and playful Sailing Boat Retrospective Game.

Create your own Agile Plan

A half day of Being Agile to help you turn ideas into action — with guidance to support you every step of the way

Whether you’re planning a project, exploring a new idea, or figuring out your next move, the Being Agile Course gives you the space to map it all out — visually, flexibly and in your own time.

In this course you will...

  • Get everything out of your head and onto the page – Make sense of the jumble of thoughts, ideas and to-dos so you can see the big picture.

  • Clarify your goals and direction – Define what success looks like and what’s most important right now.

  • Keep track of everything real-time in one place - no more wondering where you put things

  • Break things down into manageable steps – Identify quick wins, ongoing tasks, and longer-term actions with ease.

  • Visualise your progress – See where you are, spot gaps or blockers, and reflect on what’s working.

  • Stay focused and flexible – Use it to plan your next sprint, pivot when needed, and keep your momentum going.

  • Adapt it to your world – Use it solo or with your team, for business or life – these concepts and methods work wherever you need clarity and agility.

  • Time and head space to think things through, plan with purpose, and move forward with confidence.

Your system is brilliant, I have applied what I learnt from your training for the past couple of weeks and I’ve been the most productive I’ve been in ages - the concept is brilliant. I’m adhd too, and it’s so helpful to see visually what I’ve got to do. Thank you

"I am still using my canvas and I LOVE IT! It is keeping me on track in a way that nothing else has managed to." Lucy, The Academe

“I found the Being Agile training very useful, especially the canvas. The clear method to organise my big giant list of all of the things that need to be done, with some practical ways to prioritise tasks is helpful. Belinda is really approachable and understands that museums can have some unique challenges, and her experience with small businesses allows for the exchange of ideas.”

Zara Matthews - Museum Managers Network

"Belinda’s sessions have transformed my approach to the day-to-day of my business. Before attending, I had hit a block about which next steps to take, but Belinda’s training transformed my approach. After implementing her recommendations, I achieved more in one day than I had in the previous few weeks, and that progress has continued since.

Thank you" Coralie Turner, Science Station

"My life used to feel like busy chaos with very little reward. That all started to shift when I watched Belinda’s Adaptable Planning Masterclass. I came away with so many brilliant and practical ideas to help me work smarter, not harder. Using what I’ve learnt has helped me: • Improve my time management • Prioritise and plan with more clarity • Optimise my workflow • Manage projects with ease • Boost my productivity • Streamline my work. It’s been a total game-changer — so much so that my plan is now up on the wall in my office! If you’re someone who loves post-it notes and needs a flexible way to manage work or life, this is right up your street. I couldn’t recommend it more. You can even use it to plan your life, family or big ideas — it’s that adaptable!”

— Cassy Gadsby, Equine Coach

"I attended one of Belinda's Agile workshops earlier this year and was introduced to her canvas system. Having ADHD I was super sceptical that my excitement for a new planning and productivity system would last longer than a week! I usually approach any new organisational systems with gusto, convinced that THIS will be the one that will sort me out, but 40 years on I was still searching and had all realistic lost hope.

Then I met Belinda's Agile canvas. I can honesty say that I still use it every day and it DOES keep me on track! (no one is more shocked than me!). I love how visual it is, and how I can move things around to suit my diary, energy levels and current interests. It helps me to proactively manage overwhelm, and I get a mini dopamine hit whenever I move a post it note to the 'done' box! Importantly, it helps me to communicate (visually) to my team how much work I currently have on, and what my current focus is.

I'm seriously tempted to pin an Agile canvas to the wall at home to help keep my family on track as well!

If you have tried a gazillion different organisation systems and feel ready to give up, please give Belinda's Agile canvas a go - especially if you like colourful post it notes, visual tools and simple, intuitive ways of working."
