– Identify the most relevant agile methods and tools for the team/project and how best to implement.
– Practically apply relevant agile methods and tools in context for the team/project.
– Create an action plan and gain guidance on how to practically take forward as a team

For larger teams multiple applying sessions can be facilitated following the full team introduction session.
Sessions are a mix of theory and hands on practice and discussion. Attendees will work on applying agile to current projects and work which can be taken away and implemented immediately.
